Waking up in Motovun is a delight - you feel like you're on top of the world. Check out the view.
Marko is picking us up and we're on our way to beautiful Groznjan - City of Artists.
Groznjan is a town of artists and it shows.
The town is full of creative energy and the relaxing, deep-reaching views offer the needed space to be creative.
Next stop is Konoba Buscina in Umag, about 20 km away. There, we meet Giancarlo Zigante and Goran Karlic, the two truffle giants of Istria. We must be dining in the right place!
Next stop is San Servolo Bujska Pivovara near Buje, 13 km away. We tried all four kinds of beer they produce.
The Gold-Limited Edition was the clear favorite.
We stayed for a long time because we knew this was the last stop for today. And last stop for ShareIstria. The week has come to an end so quickly.
We went back to Motovun to pick up the luggage and say goodbye.
Istria is my favorite part of the world and I hope these posts have helped convey my love for Istria to others.
If you haven't yet visited Istria, you mist visit Istria. If you have visited Istria, you must visit again.
ShareIstria was a wonderful campaign by Istria Tourist Board to help promote Istria. Thank you ITB for selecting me as a participant, and thank you Goran and Marko for an unforgettable experience!
